Find native English speaking friends. The best place for this is the Internet. But do not try to find someone "who speak to me english" (in this case you probably find someone who speaks worse than you or is some kind of pervert ), but someone with the same hobby or interests. This is a good base for friendship and of course english. Naturally you need a voice chat program (e.g. Skype, GTalk), but this is not a problem.

I think answering some questions from this site and discussing them could be a good idea.

But I want to upgrade SPEAKING not the writting skills! – Andrew Feb 8 at 7:21
Yeah, but I wrote "discussing". Writting it down could also be of benefit. – Zeno88 Feb 8 at 7:26

Singing songs is a perfect way -- it is relaxing, pleasant and boosts your pronunciation. You also upgrade your listening skills which is necessary for natural speaking.

Learn the phonetic alphabet. This funny little symbols are the key to the right pronunciation. At least of single words. Again, the best place for it is the Internet where you can also find sound samples.

Speak, speak, speak and don't be shy. You can start with speaking to yourself.

In the beginning don't try to use sophisticated constructions. Use the simple ones you are sure. This helps you build your confidence and will make your speaking more fluent.

Rani, just give it a try. To speak, you have to speak. This is so simple! Advices given above are quite good and also to consider. Good luck! – augustin Feb 24 at 10:03
